Text Messages
Once the purchase is complete a text will be sent to the user's mobile phone. A reminder text is also sent when the parking session is due to run out – reducing the risk of receiving a ticket.
How it operates
The service operates using a pre-paid account and is quick an easy to set up. You can either nominate specific employees, or business vehicles, (or both), that are permitted to use the service. The service operates with a simple price plan, whereby a monthly charge is made of £5.94 for each employee registered.
Once set up, employees use the RingGo apps or call the standard phone number shown on signage and when they come to pay, are offered the option of using the Corporate account for their parking. If they confirm that the parking session is for business travel, the charge is debited from the company account.
